Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Welcome to the Classroom 2 Career Series (the “Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by CB Search Partners. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, our videos, courses, and related materials (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About the Program — Educational Purpose Only

The Classroom 2 Career Series is a career-education program. All of the information in the Program comes from the founder’s more than 30 years of experience in the financial services business—as a division leader who helped build, manage, and grow financial services businesses, and as an executive recruiter helping financial institutions hire talent. It reflects his professional experience, observations, and opinions. It is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

The Program makes no guarantee of employment, interviews, offers, or career success of any kind. Getting a job is each person’s own responsibility. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are influenced by many factors outside our control—including, among others, academic major, GPA, interviewing skills, appearance, mannerisms, personality, work experience, references, market conditions, and the needs of each employer. The Program simply gives you an industry map based on the founder’s experience, along with helpful tips to assist you in finding a career. What you do with that information is up to you.

The Services do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice, and they do not create any recruiter–candidate, placement, agency, or advisory relationship between you and us. We are not acting as your employment agent or recruiter.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for college students and other adults. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the purchase must be made by that parent or guardian.

3. Purchases, All-Access, and Refunds

  • All-Access. The All-Access purchase is a one-time payment that grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view the paid content for as long as the Program remains in operation. New content we add to Parts 2 and 3 of the Program is included at no extra charge. “Yours to keep” refers to your continued access; it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
  • Personal use. Your purchase is for you alone. Do not share your login, account, or access with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared.
  • Refunds. All sales are final. Because your purchase grants immediate access to all of the paid content, we do not offer refunds. Please watch the free videos and review the program description before you buy.
  • Pricing. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services—including videos, scripts, graphics, text, logos, and course materials—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your own educational use. You may not copy, record, download (except where we provide a download), reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or transfer your account or access to the paid content;
  • record, screen-capture, download, or redistribute any videos or course materials;
  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or
  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-Party Names and Links

Company, institution, and product names may appear in the Services in plain type for identification and educational purposes only. They are examples, not endorsements. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company or institution named, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. No Guarantee of Results; Assumption of Responsibility

Career outcomes vary from person to person. Testimonials or examples, if any, are not promises of similar results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own career decisions, applications, interviews, and outcomes, and that we have no control over any employer’s hiring decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we work to keep the content accurate and current, industries change, and we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, employment, income, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, including sharing paid access or redistributing content. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 1 and 4 through 13 survive termination.

12. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
